Refund Policy
At Veronika Rochester, we strive to provide you with creations that you will cherish forever. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Guidelines
To honor the magic of your jewelry, we kindly ask that:
- Your piece is returned in its original, unused and unworn condition, accompanied by all packaging, certificates, and tags, just as it was presented to you. If you return your earrings please do not try them on before sending them back to us.
- Creations that have been personalized, engraved, modified or made to your unique specifications are truly one-of-a-kind, crafted just for you. As such, we are unable to accept these items for returns or exchanges.
This ensures that every returned item retains the magic of its original form, ready to delight its next owner.
Warranty Returns
At Veronika Rochester, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If your creation develops an issue within 2 years of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we will honor our warranty with the following:
- A complimentary replacement of the defective item, or
- A full refund for the defective piece, depending on your preference.
To initiate a warranty claim, you will need to provide clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can verify the defect. You do not need to return the defective item.
Please note that replacement shipping costs are not covered for international orders.
How to Begin Your Return
To initiate your return, please contact our Customer Care team at foryou@veronikarochester.com. Once we receive your request, our team will guide you through the next steps of returning your item.
Please make sure your return is sent to us within 14 days of it being initiated. After this time passes, your return order may be cancelled.
Return Costs
Germany
We offer complimentary returns from Germany regardless of the order value. Your item's journey back to us is completely covered, and we will handle the rest.
European Union
For the returns within the EU, we offer complimentary returns if the total value of kept items is €150 or more. For orders below this value, a subsidized return shipping cost of €10 will apply.
While we do not recommend it, you can also choose a different return method if you find it to be more convenient, but at your own cost. Please note that you are then responsible for any associated costs and ensuring the package arrives safely at our place.
International
At this moment, we do not cover the return shipping costs for orders made internationally. Please note that you are responsible for any associated costs and ensuring the package arrives safely back to us.
If the total value of kept items falls below the free delivery order amount (€250), the initial shipping charges will be deducted from your refund*.
*Initial shipping charges will not be deducted from the refund for orders shipped to Monaco, Norway, Switzerland or the UK.
Orders with Reduced Shipping
If your order benefited from reduced shipping due to a special promotion, the amount that was covered as part of the shipping subsidy will be deducted from your refund in the event of a return.
- For example, if you paid $10 for shipping (instead of the full $25), the $15 shipping subsidy that was provided will be deducted from the refund amount.
Processing your Return
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect your piece to ensure it meets our return criteria. Please note that processing your refund could take up to five (5) business days after we receive your package, and we thank you for your patience.
Once approved, we will provide you with a refund of your purchase price along with any Standard Shipping fees* you may have paid on your initial order (for orders placed within Germany and the EU; for orders made internationally, shipping fees are not refunded). Please note that it may take several days for your bank or payment provider to credit your account after the refund has been issued.
*This includes shipping fees on your initial order, but not the return shipping fees.
For your refund, you may choose between:
- Receiving the refund to your original payment method.
- Receiving it in a form of store credit, or
- As an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value along with a store credit to cover any difference. You may also exchange for an item of a higher value by paying the difference in price.
