At this time, we do not offer in-house personalization or engraving services, as we do not yet have a physical location.
However, we can arrange for a custom order with our factory to engrave the desired piece just for you. The approximate delivery time for engraved items is 2-3 months, as they will be shipped together with our next restocking order.

Unfortunately, as we do not currently have a physical boutique, we are unable to offer jewelry resizing services at this time. However, you are welcome to commission a trusted jeweler in your area to resize your piece.
Please note that resized or otherwise modified creations are not eligible for returns or refunds. Should you need guidance or recommendations, our customer care team is here to assist you.

Please inform your jeweler that our creations are treated with an anti-tarnish coating, which may wear off during cleaning or polishing. To maintain the original finish, we suggest requesting a reapplication of the coating after the service.
For simple at-home maintenance, we will soon be offering a Jewelry Care Kit, available in the coming months.
