Delivery and Returns
Germany
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is complimentary for all orders made within Germany. Please allow up to 3 working days for Standard Delivery. Personalized, engraved, bespoke or pre-ordered items require additional time; please refer to the relevant section of our shipping policy for details.
Express Delivery
We can deliver your order by Next Day Delivery for €15* per address. Next Day Delivery is complimentary for orders over €500. Express Delivery orders placed by 1:00 PM CET (UTC+01:00) Monday to Friday will arrive the next working day, excluding Bank Holidays.
For personalized, engraved, bespoke, and pre-ordered items, the Express Delivery timeframe begins after production is complete and the items are received by us. To schedule express shipping for these items, please contact our Customer Care team at foryou@veronikarochester.com, and we will notify you of the earliest possible delivery date.
Delivery before 12:00 PM: €25*
Delivery before 10:30 AM: €39*
*Please note: Express delivery costs are non-refundable if you submit a return.
European Union
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is complimentary for all orders valued €150 and more made within the European Union*. For orders below €150, a shipping fee of €10 applies. Please allow 2 to 5** working days for Standard EU Delivery. Delivery times may vary for distant destinations or during peak order periods.
*To the following destinations within the Spain territory: Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, we ship complimentary for orders €250 and above, smaller orders incur a shipping fee of €20.
**Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays. While we strive to make sure your package is delivered to you as fast as possible, sometimes delays cannot be prevented. We will notify you about any possible delay to your shipment.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery for EU orders is currently not available.
However, we may accommodate special requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance at foryou@veronikarochester.com.
International
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is complimentary for all orders valued €250 ($250, CHF 235, £200) and more made internationally. For smaller orders, the shipping fee is as follows:
UK, Switzerland, Norway & Monaco: £15 / CHF 15 / €15
USA & the rest of the world: $25/€20
Please allow 5 to 14 working days for Standard International Delivery. For remote destinations or islands, delivery may take up to 30 working days, or longer in exceptional cases. For average shipping times to your country, please contact our Customer Care team at foryou@veronikarochester.com.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery for international orders is currently not available.
However, we may accommodate special requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance at foryou@veronikarochester.com.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
While we do not collect customs taxes at checkout, we recommend checking with your local customs authority for an estimate of any applicable fees prior to placing your order.
Additional Services
Pre-Orders and Engraving
Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of a pre-ordered item.
If you have placed a pre-order with our customer care team before the pre-orders for the item have been officially open in our store, this may take longer, as we only open the pre-order process at the end of the production to ensure it would not take more than a month (for orders in Germany) or more than six weeks (for orders shipped internationally) before it is delivered. Placing a pre-order before they are open means your order would only be shipped together with our next restocking order, which may take up to 3 months.
As we do not yet offer the in-house engraving services, placing an engraving order implies that our factory will do the engraving and it will be shipped together with our next restocking order, which may take up to 3 months.
Please note that we are not able to accept any personalised or engraved items for refund or exchange.
Bespoke Designs
If you have commissioned a bespoke order with us, please allow up to a month to create your design. After the design is approved by you, the production time will be 2 to 3 weeks, after which the order will be shipped to your chosen address. This means the complete time for a bespoke order fulfillment would take up to two months. Depending on the amount of changes requested throughout the process, it may take longer.
Bespoke orders can also be done as a priority at an additional surcharge, which will reduce the total fulfillment time to 3-4 weeks. Production time at our factory, however, cannot be expedited.
Please also note that we are not able to accept any bespoke designs for refund or exchange.
