While it is not possible to directly enter the Gift Card value on the 'Gift Card' page, we can create a special gift card with your desired value. To do so, please contact our Customer Care team at orders@veronikarochester.com, using ​WhatsApp or the contact form below.

Yes, our gift cards are transferable and make for a perfect gift. Please ensure that the recipient is aware of the gift card code and its expiration date.

While you can purchase the Gift Card to be delivered to your email address, we also offer the option of sending the Gift Card directly to the recipient. Please check the corresponding box* before placing the card in your basket.

If your order total surpasses your gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using any of our accepted payment methods during checkout.

Absolutely. Our system allows the use of multiple gift cards for a single transaction. Simply enter each gift card code during the checkout process, and the combined balance will be applied to your order total.

Absolutely. Our system allows the simultaneous use of gift cards and discount codes, enabling you to enjoy additional savings on your purchase. During checkout, apply your discount code first, and then enter your gift card code to cover the remaining balance.

The Rochester Gift Cards are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase, allowing ample time to select the perfect piece.

You must keep the details of your Rochester Gift Card safe and avoid sharing them publicly or on social networks.

In the event of loss or theft of your gift card, please contact our customer care team immediately. We may ask for specific purchase details, including the transaction ID, name, email address used for the purchase, gift card number, and value. This information helps us verify the gift card and secure your balance.

If you suspect that your card details have been stolen, please notify us right away so we can cancel or block the card to prevent unauthorized use. However, in the event that the card has already been used, we may be unable to refund you its cost.

Please note that replacements for lost or stolen gift cards are issued at our sole discretion and only upon written request from the original purchaser. The purchaser may be required to provide identification details that match the information provided at the time of purchase.

Your Rochester Gift Card can be returned within 30 days of purchase, granted it was not used in that period of time. The Gift Card will then be canceled and will be no longer redeemable.

Please note that the Rochester Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, and the refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Purchases made with a gift card can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.

The refund amount will be credited back to the gift card as the original payment method, and if the purchase exceeded the balance of the gift card, the remaining refund will be issued to the second payment method used (such as a credit card). Please note that personalized and bespoke items are not eligible for return or exchange.
