I cannot log in into My Account. What should I do?

If you are unable to log in, we recommend the following steps:
▹ Make sure your email address and login code are entered correctly.
▹ Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the email with your login code.

How can I add a previous order to My Account if I checked out as a Guest?

If you made purchases using the "Checkout as Guest" option and later decide to create an account using the same email address, your previous orders will automatically be linked to your new account. Our system ensures a seamless transition by associating your past orders with the email address used during checkout.

Once your account is created and you are logged in, you can view all your past orders in the 'Order History' section of your account dashboard.

I am not receiving the newsletter. What should I do?

If you are not receiving our newsletters:
▹ Check your spam or junk email folders and mark our emails as safe. You can add hello@veronikarochester.com (store-related emails) and journey@veronikarochester.com (empowerment emails) to your contact list to make sure all future newsletters will always arrive to your inbox.
▹ Ensure that you are subscribed by logging into your account and reviewing your communication preferences.
▹ For further assistance, contact our customer care team, who will ensure you are included in our mailing list.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

To unsubscribe, simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter email. Alternatively, log into your account and update your communication preferences. We’ll be sorry to see you go but will respect your choice. You can also always contact our customer care team at privacy@veronikarochester.com.

How can I delete my account?

While we are sad to hear you wish to delete your account, we value your privacy and your choice. If you wish to delete your account, you can contact our customer care team by sending us an email to privacy@veronikarochester.com.

You will then be asked to confirm your identity for security reasons.

Please note that deleting your account will erase all associated data, including order history and saved preferences.

Do you offer personalization services for jewelry?

At this time, we do not offer in-house personalization or engraving services, as we do not yet have a physical location.

However, we can arrange for a custom order with our factory to engrave the desired piece just for you. The approximate delivery time for engraved items is 2-3 months, as they will be shipped together with our next restocking order.

Do you offer custom/bespoke designs?

For those seeking something even more exclusive, we are delighted to offer a bespoke design service. This service allows us to collaborate with you to create a one-of-a-kind jewelry piece inspired by your personal ideas or designs. From concept to creation, we ensure every detail reflects your vision.

To begin this extraordinary journey, we invite you to book an appointment with us. During your consultation, our team will guide you through the process of crafting your unique piece, ensuring it becomes a timeless expression of your individuality.

Can I return my personalized creation?

Due to the bespoke nature of personalized items, which are crafted to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these creations. This policy ensures that each piece remains uniquely yours. If you have questions or need assistance with your personalized order, our customer care team is always here to support you.

Can I resize my Veronika Rochester jewelry? 

Unfortunately, as we do not currently have a physical boutique, we are unable to offer jewelry resizing services at this time. However, you are welcome to commission a trusted jeweler in your area to resize your piece.

Please note that resized or otherwise modified creations are not eligible for returns or refunds. Should you need guidance or recommendations, our customer care team is here to assist you.

Is there a Men's line at VERONIKA ROCHESTER?

Not yet, but we are excited to introduce our first men’s collection in the future. Your input is invaluable — let us know what designs you’d like to see in our future collection.
